Registration Instructions
Registration is CLOSED.
If your registration was received on or after March 10, you are on the wait list. You will be notified as soon as availability of registrations for your scouts are confirmed. If you have any questions about the status of your registration, please email mbd@apophi.org.
You can enter up to 10 scouts' names on this form. If you need to enter more, simply return to the form and enter them.
We ask that you fill out this form with five options for each scout, ranked in order of preference. From this we will generate a schedule of merit badges based on interest and availability of counselors. We cannot promise that all requests will be able to be filled, but we have sufficient flexibility to handle most.
If fewer than three badges are selected, scouts will be scheduled for whatever will work with those options. We will not be able to guarantee that selections will be available consecutively.
The Registration Deadline is 12 Midnight on Friday, March 18, 2011 or whenever slots are filled - whichever comes first. We have the capacity to handle up to 200 scouts. If that capacity is filled before the deadline, this form will change to reflect that information.
Due to the current economic conditions and rising costs, we are charging $10 per scout this year, which must be paid in advance.
Registration fees of $10 per Scout can be sent as a check or money order (Made out to "Alpha Phi Omega Phi Chapter") and mailed to: Alpha Phi Omega Phi Chapter, Attn: Merit Badge Day Coordinator, 126 Schine Student Center, Syracuse, NY 13244. All units must submit their registration fees in advance and must be postmarked by March 25, 2011.
At least one adult leader needs to be on-site during the day. If this is a problem for your unit, please let us know.
