Conference Updates

Hi Brothers,

Wow...this weekend is finally here...and I still don't know what my patronus is!!

For this weekend, all you need to know is in this e-mail (as of right now). There are 4 attachments to this e-mail, 3 of which have to do with parking. SU and ESF are super tight on parking and we have managed to reserve the three lots you see on the attachments. PLEASE do not park on any other lots on the campus, as we cannot guarantee you won't get an SU or ESF parking ticket. If there are available spaces on neighboring streets, feel free to use those as well, since it's just a short walk away from Marshall St.

Registration will take place in the Hall of Languages you see on those maps on both Friday and Saturday. Follow the signs and once you get to the building, you will see signs for the registration table. Registration will be going on Friday from 7pm-11pm and Saturday from 8:00am-11am.

Coffee and donuts will be provided on Saturday morning for breakfast. If you want something a little heartier, please pack a snack or feel free to swing by one of the shops on Marshall St. before the conference. Lunch will be provided on site.

NOTE: Due to the size of the conference, please check in with the registration table prior to attending any LEADS workshops. With all conference workshops, space is available on a first come, first served basis. Those who registered for the conference first will have spots. We will take as many people as presenters allow into the workshops. Space is also limited in the Conflict Management workshop at 9am on Saturday. It's a great workshop though, so please attend early to secure your spot.

Don't forget to bring brooms, canned goods, sleeping bags and pillows (if you have free housing) and your wizarding get-up!!! If you have not yet paid for sectionals, PLEASE bring either cash or a check made out to: Alpha Phi Omega, Phi Chapter for the amount you are required to pay (Check the packet for reference).

Last and final thing, the packets that will be available at the registration table when you arrive will have all the ROOM information for the conference. The packet here does not as we have some last minute details to work out with the campus room reservation system. Feel free to print a copy of the packet here, but know that another will be provided at registration.

Paying by check?

Please make a check payable to "Alpha Phi Omega, Phi Chapter." Please note that your check must be postmarked by October 4 12, 2011 (Early Bird Deadline Extended!) in order to qualify for early bird pricing. Payments postmarked later than October 12, 2011 are required to pay the regular rate.
